Job Description

Sky Enterprises LLC. is looking for a flexible and experienced craftsman to participate in renovations, repairs, and maintenance. The employee is expected to be a motivated self-starter. The new hire is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Main Duties to Include:

• Minor Plumbing
• Framing
• Painting, Trim work, Caulking
• Kitchen and Bath Finishes
• Form and Concrete Work
• Construction Cleaning
• Demolition

Compensation

Starting hourly rate for this position will be $17.00 an hour and is based on experience. There will be an opportunity for overtime pay after hours and on weekends should the project warrant additional time above the required 40 hours per week of employment. There will be a 90-day probationary period. After the probationary period, and if the employee meets or exceeds expectations, the employee will have a review and will have the opportunity to enroll in company-subsidiary insurance. Annual salary and performance reviews will be on your full-time employment anniversary.
